The peaceful dead of Grace Churchyard stand beside their handsome tombstones and tell their stories on Friday evening,

 Grace Church Cemetery is the setting for Graveyard Tales, a popular presentation. Fifteen former citizens of the parish tell their life stories in this thirty minute tour. Local citizens dressed in the appropriate attire for the depicted departed reenact their biographies.

Tour Information:
  • Guides will lead the pilgrimage, about 20 in a group, through the candlelit cemetery.
  • The tour runs continuously from 6:30 to 9:00 with the last tour beginning at 8:30.
  • Pilgrims are requested to park in the street area and not to drive vehicles into the parking lot itself in order that the lights and noise not disturb the cemetery’s peace and quiet.
In case of rain:
  • Guests will be permitted to park in the parking lot.
  • The re-enactors will present the program inside the church itself at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30.
  • Admittance to the church will be granted fifteen minutes before each performance and
